Welcome to Repairlive! This new on line services platform has been developed for the return and repair of all Sercel Electronics and Streamers products. You will be able to submit repair requests directly to Sercel repair centers and track the status of the equipment being repaired. This area will specifically allow you to:

• Submit a R.E.F. (Return Equipment Form) and receive a tracking number (RMA)
• View online shipping instructions
• Access to your repair status thanks to your login and password.
  Please contact the Sercel entity in charge of your repair if you don't have a login/password.

Submit a R.E.F. (Return Equipment Form) to any Sercel Repair Center automatically after selecting the type of Sercel product to repair in order to obtain the corresponding RMA numbers.
